If you need help when we are closed
When the surgery is closed, the Practice telephone will play a recorded message, asking patients to hang up and then dial 111..
Please only use this if you genuinely cannot wait until the Practice reopens.
If you have a MEDICAL EMERGENCY e.g. chest pain or serious injury please DIAL 999.
Physical accessibility
The Surgery is easily accessible on foot and by vehicular access. We have a small patient car park with a limited number of spaces. We kindly request that these spaces be prioritised for disabled patients. There is usually plenty of street parking available. Additionally, please do not block driveways and entrances.
There is ramped access to the front entrance, for all wheelchair users and an automatic opening entrance/exit. On entering, there is a disabled toilet located in the lobby. All consultation rooms are wheelchair-friendly.
We have a hearing induction loop available at the reception desk for all patients hard of hearing.
Guide dogs are welcome.
